Gemma Bradley, a Northern Irish singer/songwriter and presenter, joined BBC Radio Ulster as the host of Across The Line, the station’s weekly show dedicated to introducing new musical talent, in 2019.
A BIMM Dublin graduate, Bradley is a member of The X Collective, a new music production platform and a community of Ireland’s emerging music makers, highlighting a diverse range of talent. The Draperstown native relocated to Belfast earlier this year, and it was the coronavirus lockdown that forced her to release her latest single, Obsessed, a track she'd sat on for a whole year after writing it in summer 2019. She will make her debut on BBC Radio 1 in the new year, having recently been tapped as one of the station's new faces as presenter of BBC Music Introducing, a role she describes as a 'dream come true'.
